Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Capability to lift and carry up to 30/40 pounds
- Willingness to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environments
- Ability to walk up and down stairs carrying heavy items
- Ability to perform repetitive motions
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Good hearing and visual acuity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of proper serving techniques
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and order in work area
- Previous experience in banquet or food service preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Serves the guests in a professional and efficient manner
- Follows up on any reasonable requests while using proper serving techniques
- Removes dirty dishes from the tables as guests finish their meal or course
- Loads all dirty dishes from the banquet function on a cart and breakdown at the dish line
- Maintains open communication with the Kitchen staff
- Ensures station has proper set up
- Prepares and serves beverages for the function
