- Ability to operate computer systems and office software

Job Duties
- Serve as a point of contact for front-line employees and managers regarding attendance and scheduling
- Manage phone and correspondence volumes using the Call Management System
- Monitor call volumes and investigate associate non-adherence issues
- Troubleshoot and report phone problems
- Record attendance variations and update computer systems
- Generate attendance and payroll reports
- Prepare and distribute statistical reports for daily, monthly, and yearly use
