Job Requirements
- minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hotel sales or event management preferred
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency or willingness to learn Delphi software
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- professional demeanor and appearance
Job Qualifications
- previous hotel sales or event management experience preferred
- strong communication and customer service skills
- knowledge of Delphi software
- experience in BEO building
- understanding of hotel operations
- ability to multitask and stay organized during high-volume event periods
- professional appearance and conduct
Job Duties
- generate and coordinate all banquet and event business for the dual-property campus
- manage the full banquet sales cycle from inquiry to event execution handoff
- ensure seamless communication between Sales, Food & Beverage Team, Operations, and clients
- support overall sales objectives and contribute to revenue growth
- serve as primary liaison during external sales activities including bridal shows and networking events
- promote the banquet program and build new business
- maintain professional appearance and conduct
