Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in sales or event coordination
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- excellent organizational skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
- valid driver’s license preferred

Job Duties
- generate banquet and event business leads
- secure banquet and event contracts
- coordinate banquet event details with clients and internal teams
- manage the sales cycle from inquiry to event execution
- serve as liaison between clients and banquet operations
- ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- maintain accurate records of event bookings and client communications
