Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift moderate weight
- Able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Previous event set up experience preferred with minimum of 1 year
- Must be able to drive hotel vehicles such as box trucks and golf carts for off-property events

Job Duties
- Lead and oversee the Event Set Up team during set up and break down of meeting spaces
- Arrange tables, chairs, and water service efficiently according to event specifications
- Communicate clearly with team members and event coordinators to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance during fast-paced set up activities
- Operate hotel vehicles such as box trucks and golf carts for off-property events
- Ensure the meeting spaces meet cleanliness and safety standards before event start
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate event logistics
