Job Requirements

- Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy equipment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow Banquet Event Orders
- Effective teamwork skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Clear communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Awareness of safety protocols
- Previous hospitality or event setup experience preferred but not mandatory

Job Duties
- Arrange tables, chairs, and equipment per Banquet Event Order
- Efficiently dismantle setups and ensure cleanliness of the area
- Provide attentive service by promptly addressing guest needs
- Monitor and replenish supplies during events
- Work collaboratively with stewarding and kitchen teams
- Safely transport food and beverage items between service areas
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in banquet and pre-function spaces
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned and stored properly
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols
- Seek feedback to improve guest experience
