Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Ability to function in a team or independent setting
- Knowledge of all liquor laws and regulations concerning service of alcoholic beverages
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff
- Relevant experience in a high quality, high volume banquet environment preferred
Job Duties
- Familiarity with all menu items, wine, and spirits
- Have a thorough knowledge of the sequence of service and follow it at all times
- Clear, clean, reset, and maintain station during shift
- Assist all other servers as needed
- Maintain designated stations by checking for proper table settings and cleanliness and ensure clean and full condiments are used
- Serve beverages with proper garnish
- Perform other related duties as assigned
