Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Ability to work full-time hours
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to function in a team or independent setting
  • Knowledge of all liquor laws and regulations concerning service of alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff
  • Relevant experience in a high quality, high volume banquet environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Familiarity with all menu items, wine, and spirits
  • Have a thorough knowledge of the sequence of service and follow it at all times
  • Clear, clean, reset, and maintain station during shift
  • Assist all other servers as needed
  • Maintain designated stations by checking for proper table settings and cleanliness and ensure clean and full condiments are used
  • Serve beverages with proper garnish
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
