Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in banquet setup or catering services
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with management, staff, and guests
- Relevant experience in a high quality, high volume catering and convention environment
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- Set-up tables, chairs, and other banquet equipment for conference and catering events in accordance with customer contract requirements
- Clean and maintain meeting spaces daily in accordance with company standards
- Coordinate with other supervisors to assure the set-ups and teardowns are punctual and coordinated with other staff
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Oversee service operations during events
- Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
- Manage banquet staff workflow during events
