Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in banquet or event setup preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift and move banquet equipment
- attention to detail and customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- ability to work independently or in a team environment
- ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with management, staff, and guests
- relevant experience in a high quality, high volume catering and convention environment
Job Duties
- set-up tables, chairs, and other banquet equipment for conference and catering events in accordance with customer contract requirements
- clean and maintain meeting spaces daily in accordance with company standards
- coordinate with other supervisors to assure set-ups and teardowns are punctual and coordinated with other staff
- perform other related duties as assigned
