Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior administrative experience preferred
  • ability to use Microsoft Office or similar software
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to move and lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • adherence to company dress and appearance standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience with word processing and spreadsheet software
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and work collaboratively across departments
  • attention to detail and organizational skills
  • familiarity with event coordination helpful but not required
  • ability to maintain professionalism and support a safe working environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
  • act as a point of contact for clients and vendors
  • serve as liaison between Sales Office and clients during event processes
  • support administrative needs across departments including Guest Services, Engineering, and Food & Beverage
  • ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
  • perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
