Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in administrative support preferred
  • Ability to use office software including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, walk for long periods and perform bending, twisting, stretching, and stooping
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds unassisted
  • Commitment to follow company policies and safety procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support across various hotel departments such as guest services, engineering, and food and beverage
  • Prepare documents using word processing software, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
  • Serve as liaison between the sales office and clients during all event phases including pre-event, event, and post-event
  • Maintain a safe and professional work environment by following company policies and procedures
  • Develop and sustain positive working relationships with employees and departments
  • Listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns
  • Perform physical tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 10 pounds
  • Remain on feet for long periods and perform movements requiring bending, twisting, stretching, and stooping
  • Carry out other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
