- three plus years of banquet leadership experience
- certification in alcohol awareness program
- working knowledge of local, state and federal liquor regulations

- three plus years of banquet leadership experience
- working knowledge of local, state and federal liquor regulations
- certification in alcohol awareness program such as TIPS
Job Duties
- Lead the banquet team to be engaging and approachable by everyone
- design concepts for theme parties and procure necessary props
- manage all aspects of events while working closely with clients to meet needs
- ensure clear communication of client needs to service personnel and managers
- oversee annual banquet budget development with property leadership
- review monthly financial data and explain variances
- maintain labor and costs within budget
- manage payroll through staff schedule review
- provide ongoing support and guidance to banquet team
- ensure completion and return of beverage requisitions after events
- oversee pre-event equipment checklist
- maintain cleanliness and care of serving equipment
- assign stations and duties to servers before meetings
- ensure servers take appropriate breaks
- enforce appearance and service standards and procedures
- comply with local and state ordinances
- maintain positive communication with kitchen, service personnel, and managers
- supervise payroll for servers, captains, and housemen
- ensure adherence to service standards and procedures
- enforce appearance standards of banquet staff
