Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure guest satisfaction throughout events
  • Lead, motivate, and direct banquet team while maintaining standards of quality
  • Greet guests and accommodate their needs during events
  • Communicate clearly with guests regarding menus and service details
  • Assist with food and beverage delivery and support servers during peak periods
  • Train team members on plated and reception-style service (training provided)
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively monitor service quality
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and clean-up
  • Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized service areas
