Job Requirements
- US work authorization
- TABC certification
- Food Handlers certification
- flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- prior food and beverage experience
- ability to lead a team
- strong customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- two to three years experience in food and beverage
- knowledge of MICROS preferred
- banquet or event experience preferred
- TABC and Food Handlers certifications
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- lead banquet operations
- select, train, and motivate banquet staff
- ensure exceptional guest service during events
- maintain compliance with company policies
- coordinate with culinary and events teams
- manage banquet setup and breakdown
- resolve guest issues efficiently
