Job Requirements

  • US work authorization
  • TABC certification
  • Food Handlers certification
  • flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • prior food and beverage experience
  • ability to lead a team
  • strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • two to three years experience in food and beverage
  • knowledge of MICROS preferred
  • banquet or event experience preferred
  • TABC and Food Handlers certifications
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • lead banquet operations
  • select, train, and motivate banquet staff
  • ensure exceptional guest service during events
  • maintain compliance with company policies
  • coordinate with culinary and events teams
  • manage banquet setup and breakdown
  • resolve guest issues efficiently
