- TABC certification
- food handlers certification
- two to three years experience in food and beverage
- banquet or event experience
- flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- knowledge of MICROS preferred
- two to three years experience in food and beverage preferred
- TABC and food handlers certifications required
- banquet or event experience preferred
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- lead the banquet operation
- select, train, lead, and motivate all banquet department employees
- ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction during banquets
- coordinate banquet setups and event execution
- manage banquet budgets and resources
- collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless event delivery
- maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
