Job Requirements

  • US work authorization
  • TABC certification
  • food handlers certification
  • two to three years experience in food and beverage
  • banquet or event experience
  • flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • knowledge of MICROS preferred
  • two to three years experience in food and beverage preferred
  • TABC and food handlers certifications required
  • banquet or event experience preferred
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • lead the banquet operation
  • select, train, lead, and motivate all banquet department employees
  • ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction during banquets
  • coordinate banquet setups and event execution
  • manage banquet budgets and resources
  • collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless event delivery
  • maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
