Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in banquet, event, or restaurant management
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak event seasons
- Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills
- Experience managing budgets, staff schedules, and vendor relationships
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
- Working knowledge of health, safety, and alcohol service laws
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with staff, managers, and guests
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a passion for hospitality

Job Duties
- Oversee all logistical aspects of events including planning, setup, execution, and breakdown
- Monitor and improve departmental logistics efficiency and adjust operations as needed with GM approval
- Maintain inventory of service ware such as glassware, china, flatware, and bar equipment and oversee monthly reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations at all times
- Coordinate with Banquet Chefs, Event Coordinators, and Beverage Manager to ensure seamless planning and execution
- Liaise with external vendors such as AV, rentals, florals, and entertainment when needed
- Supervise food and beverage service ensuring menu and bar offerings meet quality, timing, and budget requirements
