Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years of experience in banquet, event, or restaurant management
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak event seasons
  • Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills
  • Experience managing budgets, staff schedules, and vendor relationships
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
  • Working knowledge of health, safety, and alcohol service laws
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English with staff, managers, and guests
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with a passion for hospitality

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee all logistical aspects of events including planning, setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Monitor and improve departmental logistics efficiency and adjust operations as needed with GM approval
  • Maintain inventory of service ware such as glassware, china, flatware, and bar equipment and oversee monthly reconciliation
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations at all times
  • Coordinate with Banquet Chefs, Event Coordinators, and Beverage Manager to ensure seamless planning and execution
  • Liaise with external vendors such as AV, rentals, florals, and entertainment when needed
  • Supervise food and beverage service ensuring menu and bar offerings meet quality, timing, and budget requirements
