Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in banquet or event management
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in banquet or event management

  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations, resolve conflicts, and make quick decisions

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of banquet events, from initial planning and setup to the final breakdown
  • Coordinate with clients to determine their specific needs, preferences, and expectations for the event
  • Ensure all event requirements, such as seating arrangements, audiovisual equipment, food, and beverage services, are organized and communicated effectively to the team
  • Manage event timelines, ensuring each phase of the event runs smoothly and on schedule
  • Supervise, train, and lead banquet staff during event preparation and execution
  • Delegate tasks to banquet staff, ensuring they are clear on their responsibilities and expectations
  • Provide guidance and support to staff, addressing any issues or concerns that arise during events
