Job Duties
- Manage and coordinate banquet events
- assist with hiring and training banquet staff
- schedule staff and conduct monthly meetings
- supervise function setup including placement of linens, silver, china, and glassware
- conduct visual inspection of function rooms and equipment for cleanliness and proper inventory
- collaborate with culinary, sales, and operations departments
- ensure seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences
