- Minimum 3 years experience as a food and beverage manager, restaurant manager, or banquet manager
- No college degree required
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and inventory control procedures
- Understanding of standard food and beverage equipment operation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Basic organizational and mathematical abilities

Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate operations of the lobby restaurant and bar and banquet events
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment
- Manage scheduling, cost controls, inventory, and operational reporting
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Oversee equipment maintenance and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to execute successful events and enhance guest experience
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
