Job Requirements
- Minimum three years experience as a food and beverage manager restaurant manager or banquet manager
- No college degree required
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and inventory control procedures
- Understanding of standard food and beverage equipment operation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Basic organizational and mathematical abilities

Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of restaurant and banquet event operations including the lobby restaurant/bar and specialty dining outlets
- Lead train and motivate team members to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment
- Manage scheduling cost controls inventory and operational reporting
- Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation standards
- Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure all areas are operating efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to execute successful events and enhance the overall guest experience
