- Availability to work Fridays and Saturdays and a combination of AM and PM shifts
- Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Provide appetizing and delicious food to guests
- Set up equipment and prepare food based on business forecast and catering contracts
- Prepare salads, sandwiches, cold and hot food entrees according to portion and quality standards
- Know menus and recipes including preparation procedures, plating, garnishment, portion size, presentation, and special handling instructions
- Ensure attractive presentation of all food and beverage products
- Assist in ordering, receiving, and storing all food and beverage-related products
- Assist Food & Beverage Manager and banquet staff with catering events
