Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily operation of meeting/banquet service
- Supervise and coordinate staff during event
- Ensure that set-up and services meet customer specifications
- Greet guests upon arrival
- Provide quick service for last minute changes
- Deal with customer requests and complaints
- Cleaning and coordinating of general housekeeping of the building before, during, and after events
