Job Requirements
- culinary degree or related experience
- minimum one year of high volume kitchen management experience
- ability to perform basic cooking skills
- ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for long periods of time

- desire to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- supervise hourly cooks
- produce consistent and quality food products
- assist in department training
- assume department responsibilities in the absence of the sous chef
- monitor payroll costs and overtime
- ensure timely food preparation
- maintain communication and leadership within the kitchen team
