Job Requirements

  • minimum of one year related high volume kitchen management experience
  • culinary degree preferred
  • previous line experience preferred
  • ability to perform all basic cooking skills
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • strong communication and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • supervise hourly cooks
  • produce consistent, quality food products
  • assist with department training
  • assume responsibilities in the absence of the sous chef
  • monitor payroll costs and overtime
  • ensure timely food production
  • maintain high culinary standards
