Job Requirements
- minimum of one year related high volume kitchen management experience
- culinary degree preferred
- previous line experience preferred
- ability to perform all basic cooking skills
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for long periods
- strong communication and leadership skills

Job Duties
- supervise hourly cooks
- produce consistent, quality food products
- assist with department training
- assume responsibilities in the absence of the sous chef
- monitor payroll costs and overtime
- ensure timely food production
- maintain high culinary standards
