  • Prior banquet food preparation and leadership experience required
  • Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in food quality
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Commitment to safety and sanitation standards
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Flexibility with the ability to work days, nights and weekends when needed
  • Oversee the process and team while preparing banquet food and prep throughout the week
  • Prepare banquet orders with adherence to guest requests and special needs in a positive manner
  • Prepare food of consistent quality
  • Properly document all food containers with adherence to rotations
  • Practice safety standards at all times
  • Report to work in full clean uniform, on time, and ready to serve
  • Work with chef to with ordering and pars, food preparation, and equipment upkeep to eliminate service obstacles
