- Prior banquet food preparation and leadership experience required
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in food quality
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Commitment to safety and sanitation standards
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Flexibility with the ability to work days, nights and weekends when needed
- Oversee the process and team while preparing banquet food and prep throughout the week
- Prepare banquet orders with adherence to guest requests and special needs in a positive manner
- Prepare food of consistent quality
- Properly document all food containers with adherence to rotations
- Practice safety standards at all times
- Report to work in full clean uniform, on time, and ready to serve
- Work with chef to with ordering and pars, food preparation, and equipment upkeep to eliminate service obstacles
