Job Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have at least one year of prior restaurant, events, hospitality or relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests
- Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Constant standing or walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling or lifting
- Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs
- Positive energy and readiness to assist fellow support staff and work as a team player
Job Qualifications
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team player
- At least one year of prior restaurant, events, hospitality, or relevant experience
- Effective communication skills with managers, employees, and guests
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand and walk constantly with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Set up banquet spaces according to banquet event orders (beos), including tables, chairs, linens, and equipment
- Assist with staging, decor placement, and ensuring the event space is polished and guest-ready
- Perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep event spaces pristine
- Ensure storage and service areas are organized and stocked with necessary supplies
- Support banquet servers during events by replenishing supplies, clearing items, and resetting as needed
- Break down banquet setups post-event in an organized and efficient manner
- Reset rooms for future events as directed by the banquet captain or events manager
- Assist in handling rental equipment, deliveries, or vendor items
- Work closely with the banquet captain, servers, and event team to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and property standards
- Communicate any issues, damages, or concerns to management promptly
