Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous banquet setup experience preferred
  • Must be able to follow oral and written instructions
  • Must be able to read and comprehend event setup diagrams
  • Customer service skills relating to both internal and external guests
  • Must be able to tolerate standing, walking, and moving furniture for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and push/pull a cart weighing up to 150 lbs
  • Must be able to stoop, bend, reach, twist and grip objects, kneel, crawl, and differentiate colors
  • Weekend, holiday, and varied hours may apply

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Setup and teardown of all events
  • Reading and understanding banquet event instructions
  • Arranging furniture and setting up equipment per event instructions
  • Reviewing upcoming events and preparing required equipment and furniture needs
