Job Requirements
- Experience as a banquet server or completion of break attendant training
- Ability to follow directions and effectively perform assigned banquet server duties
- Must have a California Food Handler certificate
- Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Completion of houseperson training and testing

Job Duties
- Participate in the setup, operation, and breakdown of banquet and catering events
- Assist in food and beverage service preparation, including supplying and stocking the event space
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all storage areas
- Manage the safety and security of catering equipment and inventory at all times
- Set tables with linens, china, glassware, and flatware
- Prepare water, coffee, and other beverage services
- prepare all condiments and accompaniments for services
- Maintain service ware and equipment according to established procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned and deemed necessary
