Job Requirements

  • A passion for perfection and attention to detail
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights
  • Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more
  • Must be able to lift, push, reach for, carry 50 plus pounds frequently
  • 6 months to 1 year or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience or training

  • Housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous

Job Duties

  • Work under direction of food and beverage manager
  • Maintain positive and professional approach with team members and guests
  • Thoroughly strip ballrooms of linen, flatware, glassware, and trash after events
  • Maintain constant awareness of safety hazards and report to floor supervisor
  • Resolve guest issues professionally and timely
