Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in banquet setup or similar role preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift 40-50 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet rooms, hallways, storage, and service areas
  • Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications
  • Break down banquet rooms and reset them to their original state after events
  • Inventory and care for banquet supplies including linens, chairs, dinnerware, glassware, flatware, and decorations
  • Assist servers during banquet events
  • Transport tables and equipment as needed
  • Report maintenance issues to management
  • Provide requested information to banquet patrons
