- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months in hotel sales or catering departments preferred
- Ability to work in smoke-filled environments
- Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Willingness to complete all required training
- Must be able to handle physical aspects of banquet equipment transport
