Job Requirements

  • must have previous food service or related experience ideally in a hotel environment
  • must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • must be able to perform tasks to the standards for both service and safety
  • must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50lbs with minimal assistance
  • must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during all shifts
  • must provide proof of authorization for work
  • must pass pre-employment screening
  • must obtain HepA clearance post-offer
  • food handlers certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • set-up tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by banquet event order
  • breakdown and clean banquet event areas
  • stock linen, china, silver and glassware and supplies for service ensuring good condition
  • maintain cleanliness and condition of all banquet function spaces according to maintenance programs and plans
  • retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from hotel receiving area and store them safely
  • comply with Four Seasons' work rules and standards of conduct
  • work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
