Job Requirements
- must have previous food service or related experience ideally in a hotel environment
- must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to perform tasks to the standards for both service and safety
- must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50lbs with minimal assistance
- must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during all shifts
- must provide proof of authorization for work
- must pass pre-employment screening
- must obtain HepA clearance post-offer
- food handlers certification is a plus

Job Duties
- set-up tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by banquet event order
- breakdown and clean banquet event areas
- stock linen, china, silver and glassware and supplies for service ensuring good condition
- maintain cleanliness and condition of all banquet function spaces according to maintenance programs and plans
- retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from hotel receiving area and store them safely
- comply with Four Seasons' work rules and standards of conduct
- work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
