Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience in a similar role in a luxury hospitality setting
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours continuously
- ability to lift up to 80 pounds
- excellent communication skills
- flexible availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- at least 1 year previous experience in a similar position in a luxury environment
- experienced in communication and computer skills
- service passion
- attention to detail and problem solving skills
- possess legal work authorization in the United States
Job Duties
- Set-up, breakdown, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order
- stock linen, china, silver and glassware and supplies for service ensuring that in good condition
- maintain cleanliness and condition of all banquet function space according to maintenance programs and plans
- retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from the hotel’s receiving area and store them safely and securely
