Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but may be substituted with prior banquet captain or server experience
  • Minimum three to six years banquet or food service work experience
  • Successful completion of required screenings including Level II background check, physical and drug screen
  • Experience in business lines and retail venues meal production
  • Familiarity with HACCP and ServSafe preferred
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to lead and direct teams of varied experience
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum three to six years of banquet and food service industry experience
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of HACCP and ServSafe preferred
  • Experience with business lines and retail venues meal production
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Oversee every aspect of front-of-house operations including event setup and service coordination
  • Manage client interactions to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Coordinate with culinary and operations staff to guarantee service quality and event success
  • Lead the training and development of banquet and event staff to maintain high professional standards
  • Motivate and direct teams to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling needs
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas of improvement and ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Implement organizational policies and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
