Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred but may be substituted with prior banquet captain or server experience
- Minimum three to six years banquet or food service work experience
- Successful completion of required screenings including Level II background check, physical and drug screen
- Experience in business lines and retail venues meal production
- Familiarity with HACCP and ServSafe preferred
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to lead and direct teams of varied experience
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Oversee every aspect of front-of-house operations including event setup and service coordination
- Manage client interactions to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Coordinate with culinary and operations staff to guarantee service quality and event success
- Lead the training and development of banquet and event staff to maintain high professional standards
- Motivate and direct teams to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling needs
- Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas of improvement and ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Implement organizational policies and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
