Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds repeatedly
  • Ability to navigate stairs frequently and remain on feet for the duration of events
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
  • Scheduled based on event needs
  • Must be available for large-scale events and holiday weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in event support, hospitality, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Willingness to assist with various tasks as needed

Job Duties

  • Arrive promptly at the venue, prepared to assist with event setup and ongoing operational support
  • Assist bartenders with bar prep, including stocking supplies, ice, glassware, and equipment
  • Act as a barback during events, helping bartenders restock and maintain efficient bar operations
  • Return supplies, equipment, and service items to their proper storage locations throughout and after events
  • Maintain buffet stations by replenishing food, monitoring presentation, and ensuring quality as guests move through
  • Support servers with table maintenance, including clearing plates and resetting areas as needed
  • Serve as the first response for spills or broken items in event spaces, addressing issues quickly and safely
  • Assist with dishwashing duties at select venues, ensuring proper handling, cleanliness, and quality control of dishes and glassware
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout event spaces, service areas, and back-of-house locations during events
  • Assist with breakdowns and post-event cleanup as needed
