- Must be bilingual (English-Spanish)
- flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- comfortable working late nights during events
- must live within a 10-mile or 15-minute radius of Pelazzio
- able to handle physically active event days
Job Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- proficient in Windows, Excel, and CRM systems
- experience with Zoho is a plus
- confident in sales conversations and closing opportunities
- experienced in managing staff and coordinating vendors
- professional and polished appearance
- detail-oriented and highly organized
Job Duties
- Guide clients through the planning and booking process
- conduct venue tours and assist in closing sales
- oversee event execution from start to finish
- coordinate staff, vendors, and facility logistics
- ensure timelines are followed and details are executed flawlessly
- deliver an outstanding customer experience on every event day
