Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years receptionist or clerical experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Zoom and Teams
  • Willingness to comply with company safety and health policies

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years receptionist or clerical experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Zoom and Teams including meeting creation and hosting
  • Experience in hospitality preferred
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Knowledge of Pebble Beach Resorts and the Monterey Peninsula preferred

Job Duties

  • Input data into UKG including scheduling and schedule changes
  • Attend to manager's Outlook calendar and keep it updated
  • Input vendor invoices into Docuphase and track all monthly expenses
  • Attend pre-convention meetings to represent the department and implement changes
  • Contact guests to provide manager contact information and handle inquiries
  • Answer all incoming calls and manage department phone messages
  • Open and distribute daily incoming mail
  • Manage office supply ordering for the Banquet department
  • Assist with department filing needs
  • Support any departmental special projects as necessary
  • Participate in special events including Concours d'Elegance and AT&T Pro-Am
  • Assist in analyzing and finalizing payroll records
  • Receive and organize batched BEO and daily event reports and liaise with Banquet Chef and Manager
  • Create buffet menu tags for events
  • Comply with all company safety and health policies
