- ServSafe certification
- ability to stand for long periods

- ability to manage difficult situations professionally
- must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- ServSafe certification required
Job Duties
- prepare banquet menu items according to quality standards
- produce and plate high-quality food presentations
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work stations
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist chefs in daily kitchen operations and event preparation
- communicate effectively with other departments and staff
- manage food storage and inventory control
