  • ability to manage difficult situations professionally
  • must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • ServSafe certification required

Job Duties

  • prepare banquet menu items according to quality standards
  • produce and plate high-quality food presentations
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work stations
  • follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • assist chefs in daily kitchen operations and event preparation
  • communicate effectively with other departments and staff
  • manage food storage and inventory control
