Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- 1-2 years of related cooking experience preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and varied schedules including weekends, holidays, and game days
- Must obtain and maintain Lancaster County Food Handler Certification
- Ability to lift or carry up to 100 lbs continuously
- Must maintain clean and professional appearance
- Must comply with health and safety regulations
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Prior 1-2 years of relatable cooking experience preferred
- High school diploma preferred
- Ability to work varied schedules including days, weekends, holidays, and game days
- Ability to obtain and maintain Lancaster County Food Handler Certification
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation
- Basic mathematical skills to understand recipes and service levels
- Thorough knowledge of food products, standard recipes, and proper preparation
- Ability to represent the company professionally
- Good hearing and visual ability to detect emergency signs and distinguish product quality
Job Duties
- Maintain and set up food production and quality control for meat, fish, poultry, sauces, stocks, and seasonings
- Prepare all station-specific food items according to standard recipes or guest specifications
- Ensure consistency of product quality, taste, and presentation
- Check and control proper storage and portion sizes
- Keep refrigeration, storage, and work areas clean and sanitized according to Health Department regulations
- Set up and break down stations and perform necessary advance preparation
- Clean, organize, and secure coolers after work
- Perform additional related duties and special projects as assigned
