Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 30 lbs
  • Manual dexterity to operate kitchen equipment
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions bending climbing and other physical activities
  • Willingness to work nights holidays and weekends
  • Basic understanding of food ingredients and preparation methods
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a banquet cook or similar culinary role
  • Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Passion for culinary arts and continuous learning
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards in food preparation
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Leverage knife skills experience and technique to confidently prep and run a station during busy service
  • Seamlessly work with an energetic and positive kitchen team to prepare and reproduce menu items which will exceed our guest's expectations
  • Embrace an active and innovative approach to expand your knowledge of food and beverage continuously
  • Understand all ingredients as they pertain to each recipe and preparation of each authentic menu item
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area to uphold health and safety standards
  • Assist with inventory management and stock levels to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure timely food preparation and service
