Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience as a line cook, banquet cook, or in a high-volume kitchen preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent) preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to food safety and sanitation protocols

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Culinary training or certification is a plus but not required
- Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent) preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare, cook, and plate food for banquet functions in line with established recipes and presentation standards
- Assist with menu execution and contribute to maintaining high culinary standards
- Work closely with the banquet and catering teams to ensure events run smoothly and exceed guest expectations
- Maintain proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and clean work environment
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating inventory to support banquet operations
- Support banquet chefs and leads with daily prep, setup, and breakdown of kitchen operations
- Other duties as assigned
