Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one to two years experience in culinary or related field preferred
  • valid work authorization in the United States
  • servsafe certification
  • ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • strong work ethic and reliability

Job Duties

  • prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and break food items for banquet functions in accordance with production requirements and quality standards
  • maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
  • collaborate with banquet and culinary teams to ensure timely food service
  • adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
  • assist in inventory management and storage of food items
  • support banquet setup and cleanup activities
  • demonstrate flexibility by working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
