- one to two years experience in culinary or related field preferred
- valid work authorization in the United States

- ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and break food items for banquet functions in accordance with production requirements and quality standards
- maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
- collaborate with banquet and culinary teams to ensure timely food service
- adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
- assist in inventory management and storage of food items
- support banquet setup and cleanup activities
- demonstrate flexibility by working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
