Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Assist the chef in the production and fabrication of food items for various group events
  • Interpret and accurately execute recipes ensuring consistent quality and presentation
  • Minimize food waste through proper organization and cross-utilization of ingredients
  • Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and equipment for efficient preparation
  • Prepare ingredients including chopping peeling and portioning food items
  • Maintain a clean organized and sanitary kitchen environment
  • Ensure proper storage of food and other supplies
  • Be accountable for the quality and presentation of all prepared dishes
