Job Requirements
- Previous cooking experience required
- 1-2 years in a similar position preferred
- culinary or apprenticeship program preferred
- high school diploma preferred
- must own a set of knives
- manual dexterity to operate kitchen equipment
- ability to lift push or pull weights up to 100 lbs
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to work in confined spaces with high noise levels
- ability to perform duties in extreme temperature ranges
- ability to obtain local state or federal certifications related to sanitation liquor service or food safety
- must adhere to Local 122 Collective Bargaining Agreement regulations with option to obtain union membership after 90 days of employment

Job Duties
- Prepare station-specific food items according to standard recipes ensuring consistency and quality
- monitor product storage portion sizes and specialty items such as stocks and sauces
- maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas to meet Health Department regulations
- prepare requisitions for supplies and food items for production in assigned workstation
- ensure equipment is clean sanitized and operational
- manage station setup prep work and breakdown
- follow recipe specifications and uphold high standards of food production and presentation
- maintain personal hygiene and sanitation practices at all times
