Job Requirements
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

- Ability to stand for long periods
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Prior cooking experience in hotel or similar fast-paced kitchen environment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree or related hotel cooking experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of line cooking experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform all basic cooking duties
- Able to work independently at a single kitchen station
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including mornings and evenings
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and hotel standards
- Work single stations within the kitchen efficiently
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
- Assist with food inventory and stock management
- Adapt to flexible work schedules including holidays and weekends
