Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum three years of banquet chef experience at upscale properties
Proficiency in English
Strong leadership skills
Capability to manage high-volume banquet operations
Ability to maintain high-quality food standards
Effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

Three plus years in a banquet chef role at a 4 or 5-star property
Fluent in English
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Proven success in high-volume event execution
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to uphold luxury food presentation standards

Job Duties

Lead and train banquet kitchen staff
Execute BEOs with accuracy
Communicate effectively across departments
Maintain luxury standards in food quality and presentation
Manage high-volume banquet operations with precision
Mentor and develop kitchen team members
Coordinate banquet services to meet event timelines
