Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant culinary leadership experience
  • Experience in event production and catering
  • Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced work
  • Commitment to sustainability and quality food sourcing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years in an Executive Chef, Sous Chef or Banquet/Events Chef role
  • Direct experience with events production and catering operations
  • Knowledge and commitment to regenerative agriculture, transparency of food sourcing, and seasonal cooking
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Job Duties

  • Organize and execute meal planning for all on-site events (15,000+ square feet of event space)
  • Support food and beverage operations
  • Build and operate catering and special events
  • Supervise, train and support food and beverage operations staff
