Job Qualifications

  • Experience creating and executing innovative dishes

  • Knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen hygiene
  • Ability to manage personnel and recruitment effectively
  • Previous restaurant opening experience preferred
  • Culinary degree highly desirable

Job Duties

  • Attract, hire and retain the best culinary talent
  • Adapt quickly to changing food and beverage needs
  • Assist Executive Chef with managing departmental expenses including labor
  • Train and lead culinary team on a day-to-day basis
  • Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food handling compliance
  • Collaborate with leadership to uphold exceptional guest service
