Job Duties
- Lead and manage the culinary preparation and execution for all banquet and large-scale dining events as the Banquet Chef
- Meticulously prepare and present traditional Italian dishes in accordance with Olive Garden's high-quality standards
- Ensure all kitchen operations strictly adhere to stringent sanitation and food safety guidelines
- Contribute to a team environment that prioritizes a sense of kinship and mutual support
- Assist in continuous training and development of kitchen staff members
